I've loved Real Simple magazine for years, and for a long time, I've been getting daily quotes sent via email. Some of them I could do without, but once in a while, you get one that has a little substence. Here is today's.
August 20, 2008 "We live in a wonderful world that is full of beauty, charm and adventure. There is no end to the adventures that we can have if only we seek them with our eyes open." —
Jawaharlal Nehru
We enjoyed a little family time this morning in Mommy and Daddy's bed, snuggling and watching Baby William stare at the windows on either side of the room. Then, one last bath time with Mommy and Daddy watching him discover his Cow-Duck and the brown shower curtain. For William's baptism, Deacon mentioned that God is letting us borrow William, and He knows when he will go. If it's only for a while, it's time to
cherish every moment. The meaning of "it's not the number of breaths you take, but the number of moments that take your breath away" becomes more real.
